Welcome to the official website of Edgewater 1 Condominium Association! This website is designed as an informational resource for current and future owners in our community.

We feel that the Edgewater community is one of the best kept secrets in Columbia, which offers resort style living!  We are nestled in a quiet community, with many of the units having either a lake, pool, or wooded lot view.  The Edgewater Community is made up of 5 quaint townhome buildings (4 units per building) that all have a beautiful lake view, and 5 Condominium 8-plex condominiums, most have a pool view or wooded lot.    Edgewater offers multiple outdoor recreational opportunities with access to two lakes to fish or kayak, a swimming pool, tennis, and basketball court as well as two shelter houses.  Edgewater is unique in that the HOA fees include water, sewer, trash, lawn, snow, lake maintenance and exterior building insurance.
