EDGEWATER 1 POOL RULES
For our pool to remain a clean, safe, fun and relaxing place for all, the pool rules must be followed so everyone can enjoy the pool. They are as follows:
- Your fluorescent pool pass MUST be visible when you are at the pool. If you do not have a pool pass, please contact CAM at (573) 499-4445. PLEASE do not be offended if someone asks you if you have your pool pass. Unauthorized guests are a liability to us, and trespassers will be prosecuted. Residents must always accompany guests and must assume responsibility for themselves and their guests.
- Pool Hours: 8 am-10 pm (quiet hours 8 pm-10 pm)
- Pool passes MUST be visible at the pool.
- Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Residents MUST accompany guests at all times and assume responsibility for themselves and their guests.
- Be sure gate is closed when entering and exiting.
- No running, diving or rough play is allowed in the pool area.
- NO SMOKING of any kind, including vaping.
- No playing on the rope. It is used for safety only. Life preserver is to be used in emergencies only; not as a toy.
- ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN POOL AREA. Drinks and water in cans or plastic containers are allowed.
- No food, alcohol, drugs, littering, urinating, spitting, etc.
- No loud music or foul language.
- Rafts or other pool toys may be used, but please use discretion when the pool is crowded.
- Residents are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their guests.
- Umbrellas should be closed before leaving. If you see one open and not in use, please close.
- Residents must be current on dues to access pool amenities.
- Persons who violate these rules are subject to loss of pool privileges, fines and/or prosecution.
